Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All packaging and/or wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted for refund or an exchange. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase from either naceskincare.com or any of our official social media platform. To start a return, you can contact us at wilson@naceskincare.com and share with us your reason for return. Do note that delivery charges incurred previously will not be refunded. Exchanges are one time only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Singapore, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Lastly, we would like to apologize to you if this is the case as this should not have happened.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Unfortunately, yes. We recommend using a reliable shipping service that will provide a tracking number. If return items are lost during its shipment back to us, we cannot issue a refund. Also, underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and therefore will not be processed.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@naceskincare.com.
